It's all in the still

Distilling time is here again with its legendary lunch gathering.

The team at the Château du Val de Mercy estate wouldn't content themselves to any old lunch though.

To let you into a secret, this event is an unmissable rendezvous for our bon vivants.

The event consists in a meal with who other as Head Chef than... the Head distiller.

Assorted pork cuts and other provisions are placed into the still pot and the rest is left down to the experience of our dear distiller.

The result is a tender and aromatic meat which is served with the old Dom's famous gratin dauphinois.

All that remains is to select a few bottles of wine fresh from our cellar and to enjoy ourselves heartily.
