Auxey-Duresses

Auxey-Duresses

This Pinot is grown on one of our oldest vineyard parcels producing a wine with an intense yet elegant bouquet of small red fruit. This fruit is also expressed on the palate where it blends harmoniously with surprisingly grainy tannins. In short, this is a Pinot Noir in its purest of forms.

Volnay Premier Cru

Volnay Premier Cru

This Volnay Premier Cru, originating just south of Beaune on clay and limestone soil, will delight you with its scents of wild red-berried fruit ranging from cherries to blackberries. This is a smooth, elegant wine with great finesse on the palate. The robe is a deep, intense ruby colour and the nose is deliciously fresh.

Pommard

Pommard

The wine is the absolute expression of the terroir it is grown on. The vines are old and flourish in their location in the upper part of the village. Nothing equals such conditions for producing small grapes which grow to reach their full maturity. The result is a distinguished wine which will reveal some of its charms early on, however we recommend waiting a little longer for greater sophistication.

Volnay

Volnay

This wine is traditionally considered as having feminine qualities, particularly compared to Pommard wines. Boasting a ruby robe, both the bouquet and palate of this wine are bursting with red fruits (redcurrant, cherry). A pleasant tangy quality gives rise to soft spice aromas (cinnamon, liquorice) and animal notes with maturity.

Savigny lès Beaune

Savigny lès Beaune

Grown between the Corton hill and the village of Beaune, our Savigny boasts a deep cherry-red robe and a bouquet of small red and black fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant) and flowers (violets). In the mouth, this wine is tannic and powerful with its body and roundness bringing it balance.

Chorey lès Beaune

Chorey lès Beaune

These vines enjoy a clay and limestone soil with limestone-marl alluvium upon sandy bedrock. Our Pinot Noir is of a delicate variety producing a rich, intense and strong-coloured wine with moderate tannins and good ageing potential.

Bourgogne Chitry Rouge Cuvée Prestige

Bourgogne Chitry Rouge Cuvée Prestige

In this Cuvée Prestige, we find notes of small red fruits once again. Beyond the lovely first impression, you will discover the subtle oak-ageing which gives the wine its complexity and character - in short, a wonderfully harmonious wine.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Coulanges-la-Vineuse

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Coulanges-la-Vineuse

The Côte de Nanteau area of the vineyard enjoys southerly exposure and enables the Pinot Noir to reach its optimum ripeness. The wine is cloaked in a purple robe and has a generous palate which goes hand in hand with a gentle nose of candied fruits.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Chitry-Le-Fort

Bourgogne Pinot Noir Chitry-Le-Fort

Pinot Noir grown in Chitry produces red wines with intense red fruit aromas and a gorgeous palate. This is a young, virile and no-fuss wine that is fresh, easy to drink and instantaneously enjoyable.
