	Petit Chablis Petit Chablis originates from a parcel in the village of Beines, only a stone's throw from the Chablis appellation itself. The Chardonnay grown here is full of freshness and as light as a feather. This wine is supple on the palate with great acidity and a joyful, fruity bouquet. Flourishing right from youth, it offers a source of immediate enjoyment.
	Chablis Premier Cru Cuvée Prestige Cuvée Prestige, a special oak-aged cuvée, is produced following a stringent selection of grapes from two different areas (or 'climats' as they are known in Burgundy) and according to methods traditionally used for the production of Burgundy's finest white wines (Grands Vins Blancs de Bourgogne).
	Chablis Premier Cru Beauregard The south-easterly exposure of this parcel is particularly favourable for the Chardonnay and it is here that the best grapes are produced. The bouquet is a complex and lingering combination of acacia honey and hawthorn blossom mingled elegantly with subtle mineral notes and topped off a treat by a round and full palate.
	Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Jouan The south-easterly exposure of this parcel is particularly favourable for the Chardonnay and it is here that the best grapes are produced. 	Chablis Our Chablis is produced from well-exposed parcels on terroirs which infer all of the characteristics and complexity that are typically found in authentic Chablis wines. A wonderful liveliness is complemented by minerality, freshness and citrus notes in this wine of character.
	Bourgogne Chitry-Le-Fort Chardonnay Our Bourgogne Chitry White is a consistent wine with plenty of body and fruit as well as a certain degree of minerality which reminds us of its closeness to Chablis.
	Saint-Bris Sauvignon Saint Bris is produced from Sauvignon grapes which give the wine its fruity nose of predominantly citrusy notes. The lightness of the palate makes this a refreshing wine.
	Crémant de Bourgogne Cremant has held AOC status since 1975 and is made using the 'traditional method'. This method produces sparkling wines which develop their full set of aromas and characteristics during a minimum of 12 to 16 months ageing in bottles.
